A prestigious medical charitable organisation with a wealth of history behind it is looking for a caring, dedicated Admissions Officer to work in their famous offices alongside their high profile personnel.

The Admissions Officer will coordinate the application process for all applicants. They will process every application received, ensuring that each applicant is appropriately assessed and considered for a place at the institution. The Admissions Officer will work directly to the Social Care Manager and alongside other members Health & Wellbeing Directorate as well as other departments, to ensure that applicants and new intakes are appropriately supported.

Duties:

• Being the initial point of contact for all potential applicants. First contact; dispatch and processing of all applications forms; including contact with their friends and families.

• Working effectively and efficiently to manage all aspects of the application and admissions process

• Effectively and accurately managing the data sets required to track different aspects of applications and admissions

• When appropriate, conducting home visits and assessments with applicants

• Coordinating and chairing the multi-disciplinary Admissions Panel

• When required, coordinate a personalised support plan in preparation for an intake in preparation for their arrival day

• Monthly and quarterly KPI reporting for the Executive Board, Health & Wellbeing Oversight Committee and Board of Commissioners

• Continuous development and implementation of the Recruitment Strategy, including developing professional relationships

• Continuous development and review of the policy and procedure relating to admissions

• Any other tasks, as directed by the Social Care Manager
