If you are an experienced corporate receptionist and are looking for a varied and busy role, then this could be for you.  This fantastic professional organisation need a pro-active self starter to join their team.

Your duties will be many and varied, from meeting and greeting and giving 5* treatment to the firm’s clients, organising the meeting rooms, sourcing and coordinating business travel requirements, liaising with the PAs and Directors and assisting them with ad hoc admin work and supporting the office manager with the office management/facilities.

The ideal candidate will have worked as a receptionist within a corporate professional services environment already.  You will be a real team player, an excellent communicator, with good IT skills and someone who relishes being busy and on the go all the time.  You should be calm and collected under pressure, self assured and keen to grow your career within a dynamic organisation.
