If you are interested in working in a creative and funky environment and have a passion for graphics and design, then this is perfect for you!   This top firm of architects is seeking an Admin Assistant to support their delightful Head of Interior Design and her team.   You will enjoy a truly varied role as you create Powerpoint and InDesign brochures and presentations for client meetings, organise team events, help install accessory items for dressing spaces and assist in ordering and collating samples for specific projects.

You should be very IT savvy, with excellent Word and Powerpoint (as well as InDesign) and above all should be very methodical, flexible and able to deal with ever changing priorities.  The ideal candidate will embrace the variety of the role, love getting stuck in and working as a team and whilst an interest in interior design is essential, this is not a career path to becoming a designer yourself.  You should be able to evidence excellent organisational and administrative skills and should be very process driven and detail orientated.
