A well established and highly respected medical clinic is looking for a Medical Secretary to support their Director, a top Consultant Cardiologist. The role will consist of supporting the Director, liaising with patients and administration for ensuring the clinic runs efficiently.
They are looking for an enthusiastic, articulate and well-presented candidate who can support with a range of responsibilities, working with a small, friendly and supportive team in a successful and growing clinic.
The role will consist of full administrative support to the Director and clinic including diary management, taking calls and gatekeeping, filing, maintaining the clinic’s database, maintenance of files and documents and more!
The ideal candidate will have had some experience in a medical clinic, possibly a front-of-house role and looking for a step up. You will be positive, proactive attitude and discreet with the ability to work from home.
The role will predominantly be home-based with occasional travel into central London where the clinic is based.
