Initially, as Office Manager, you will set up systems and processes and get the office running smoothly. As EA to the CEO, you will coordinate her diary and give her total support, She will involve you in everything that she does, but expect to be asked to do all sorts – from sorting out the kitchen suppliers, to coordinating photo shoots to enjoying site visits and liaising with all her contacts.
You will be the sole admin support and will therefore be happy to give help to other members of the team as required. This is a role which requires energy, enthusiasm and someone hugely self motivated as you may well be on your own in the office at times. You should have a driven and entrepreneurial mindset, be confident, a self starter and happy to work within a fairly unstructured environment.
The ideal candidate will likely be a graduate (or equivalent) and have experience of working in a small office environment, with great EA/office management skills and a passion for development. You should be very IT savvy, a superb communicator and most importantly, hugely flexible, happy to think and work outside the box. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys a support role which offers meat on the bone and fantastic prospects.
